iScope IS.1053-PLMi Trinocular Microscope

iScope for materials science (metallurgical)

The iScope IS.1053-PLMi is the metallurgical version of the Euromex iScope range, designed for materials science with NeoLED reflected illumination and a 0 to 90° polariser. It combines a Siedentopf trinocular head, infinity-corrected PLMi plan objectives from 5x to 50x and 3 W Köhler transmitted illumination, with practical details such as the iCare energy-saving sensor and antibacterial paint.

• Siedentopf trinocular head with 30° inclined tubes, interpupillary distance from 48 to 76 mm and dioptre adjustment on both eyepieces
• Quintuple reversed nosepiece on ball bearings
• PLMi IOS plan objectives 5x/0.12, 10x/0.25, 20x/0.40 and 50x/0.70
• All optics are anti-fungus and anti-reflection coated for maximum light transmission
• 150 x 140 mm stage with integrated 78 x 53 mm mechanical stage, supplied with a metal insert and a clear glass insert
• Abbe condenser N.A. 1.25, height adjustable, with a slot for optional sliders
• Coaxial coarse and fine focusing: 200 divisions, 1 µm precision, 0.2 mm per rotation and a total travel of approx. 24 mm
• Focus stop to protect slides and objectives, with friction adjustment
• Dimmable 3 W NeoLED Köhler transmitted illumination, with internal 100-240 V (CE) power supply
• NeoLED reflected illumination with external 100-240 V (CE) power supply and 0 to 90° polariser
• iCare sensor: the illumination switches off automatically when the user leaves the workstation, saving energy
• CSS (Cable Storage System): allows the power cable to be stored easily at the back of the unit
• Paint with an antibacterial protective coating
• Includes power cable, 500 mA 250 V spare fuse and dust cover, in polystyrene packaging
