Shipping

Shipping is free to all European Union countries available at checkout, with no minimum order.

Products are dispatched from the manufacturer's warehouse: the delivery time is 4 to 10 working days.

If you are going to purchase a product for which you require accessories, we recommend that you order them in the same order.

Products damaged in transit

In order to process a claim for damage in transit, you must notify the carrier within a maximum of 24 hours or, if the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, state this on the delivery note that you sign upon receipt of the order. Once the claim has been made, Letscopes will arrange for the collection of the damaged product and, upon receipt thereof, will send a replacement in perfect condition at no cost to the customer.
