Handheld optical spectroscopes
The SP.5100 is a handheld optical spectroscope from Euromex that lets you observe the spectrum of a direct light source or of light passing through transparent solids, liquids or gases. It is a direct-vision instrument with a fixed slit and a focusable eyepiece, and it is useful in science teaching, gemstone identification and the laboratory. Its construction with quality prisms and telescope-type optics supports good spectral resolution and reproducible analysis.
